I am a relatively new chicken mom ( 1 year) and I've tried every product out there as I want the best for my girls. I finally found it in Buff Clucks and I'm never without it. Within a month of getting my girls there was an outbreak of mites, gross. To be honest I sprayed Premo everywhere and followed with my Buff Clucks herbs. Mites dead and I've never had a problem since and I'm only using Buff Clucks, a little everyday. It works, best product in my stash! We hatched our own chicks for the first time just over a week ago. My friend had recommended Buff Clucks (when someone who used to have 300+ layers on her small farm says "hey this made a huge difference!" - you dont ignore it) so I knew I wanted to try it. The price made me very hesitant. However, my little fluffs have been on it since day one, in both dry & fermented starter. These chicks are like Super-Chicks. Strong, vibrant, active! Never a pasty butt yet among the 8. Brooder smells great - without putting any directly in the bedding. My husband was dead set against brooding in the house because of the dust and smell - but with puppy pads as a base then recycled paper bedding - there is no smell or dust!
Do beware breathing in the contents when mixing - these herbs are STRONG. Hoping I can afford to keep my whole flock on this stuff. I mix it directly into measured fermented feed for my adult flock.

One of our hens was always very small compared to her flock mates. She almost never produced an egg and if she did it was thin shelled or broken in the nesting box. We started sprinkling this supplement on their feed every morning. She now produces beautiful eggs consistently.
